FirstLine collects as little as possible. You can play every case without an account.

Guest play

As a guest, your progress — which cases you have played, your submitted interventions, and your streak — is stored only in this browser under a namespaced local key. It never leaves your device unless you sign in and choose to import it.

Rounds accounts

A Rounds account stores your progress in the shared Supabase project so it syncs across your devices. The same Rounds account works across every Rounds game. Because each game may use a different domain, sessions on different domains are independent — signing in on one does not automatically sign you in on another.

What we do not do

• No advertising and no third-party behavioural tracking.
• Your intervention searches and clinical clues are never sent to third-party AI services.
• FirstLine is an educational treatment game, not clinical decision support. Do not enter real patient information anywhere on the site.
