How to Play

FirstLine is a daily treatment game. One patient. Five clues. One intervention. Your job is to identify the single most appropriate immediate therapeutic intervention — not the full long-term management plan.

Rules

Answers

Answers are short (one to four words) and only ever a medication, fluid or blood product, or procedure — never a diagnostic test, consultation, or disposition. Clinically equivalent abbreviations and synonyms are accepted, but the route and procedure type matter: IM and IV epinephrine are not interchangeable, and cardioversion is not defibrillation.

Treatment Log

Every previously released case stays available in the Treatment Log. Archive play counts toward cases played, but only completing the daily case on its day maintains your streak.

Accounts

No account is needed to play — guest progress stays in this browser. A free Rounds account keeps streaks and statistics in sync everywhere, and works on every Rounds game.

Education only

All cases are fictional teaching material. Nothing here is clinical advice.
